Job Summary: We are seeking a General Assistant to support inspections, basic maintenance of electrical and hydraulic facilities, and minor repairs at a shopping center. Key Highlights: 1. Benefits: * Salary: $10,000 gross \+ statutory and above-statutory benefits * 30-day year-end bonus * 35% vacation premium * Social security * 10% savings fund * Life insurance * Vacation days * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers * Uniforms * Savings box (optional) Responsibilities: * Support for periodic facility inspections. * Basic inspection of electrical systems (bulb replacement, switch and outlet checks). * Inspection of hydraulic installations (detection of simple leaks, valve adjustments). * Minor repairs (patching, painting, hardware replacement). * Replacement of damaged basic components. * Responding to fault reports in offices or common areas. * Support for furniture repair. * Support for air conditioning maintenance (filter cleaning). * Support for water pump inspection. * Support for lighting systems. * Painting work in common areas. * Basic repair of ceilings, floors, or walls. * Adjustment of doors, windows, and locks. Requirements: * Completed secondary education with certificate (mandatory) * **Minimum 6 months of experience as a general assistant, or recent graduates of technical programs in maintenance, engineering, or related fields.** Schedule: Morning availability from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week.
