Ensuring structural safety of towers and foundations **GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:** Perform structural analysis and design improvements (reinforcements) for new and/or existing sites, optimizing costs in material selection, manufacturing procedures, and construction methods of engineering solutions, always adhering to the quality requirements of each country across different markets. (These analyses include braced towers, self-supporting towers, masts, monopoles, special structures and their respective foundations, as well as existing buildings/constructions where telecommunications towers are located.) **JOB PROFILE:** **Education and Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, graduated, with specialization in Structures. * Minimum 3 years of experience in analysis and design of steel and reinforced concrete structures. * Intermediate level English proficiency, desirable. * Proficiency in structural analysis software such as STAAD PRO, SAP2000, ETABS. * Knowledge of national and international structural design codes for steel, reinforced concrete, foundations, and soil mechanics. * Familiarity and experience with American design codes: AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction), ACI (American Concrete Institute), and AWS (American Welding Society). * Familiarity with telecommunications structure design standards ANSI\-EIA\-TIA 222 F, G, and H is desirable. * Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing review and consultation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Carry out work within established processes, applying current codes and specifications of each country to ensure structural safety of towers and foundations in collaboration with other technical support teams. 2\. Perform structural analysis using company-provided software and validate supplementary studies required for comprehensive review to ensure structural safety, as well as generate engineering reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly), issuing formal approval of the structure or reinforcement project along with execution recommendations. 3\. Generate and store mathematical models of analyzed structures in company repositories; ensure generated information meets all required criteria, guaranteeing its usability for future reviews or reference consultations without requiring modifications arising from omissions in the original analysis process. 4\. Review that reinforcement projects or drawings are executed in accordance with the specified structural design to ensure proper implementation on time and as planned. 5\. Verify and validate, together with the assigned supervisor, that technical proposals ensure optimal design using commercially available materials in respective countries, and strictly monitor quality requirements per country. 6\. Communication with internal/external customers must always involve the assigned supervisor according to the market being served.
