Controls office supplies, manages purchase orders, and supports management. * **Accounting:** Cash closing and review procedures, sales reviews, bank account reconciliations, social media page reservations... * **Documentation and Archiving:** Creating, classifying, maintaining, and updating physical and electronic files (databases). * **Operational Administration:** Drafting letters, reports, and emails; tracking case files; payroll processing, tax payments... * **Office Logistics:** Controlling office supplies, placing material orders, and ensuring equipment functionality. * **Management Support:** Transcribing administrative acts, preparing documentation for signatures, and assisting with accounting or personnel tasks as needed.
