Job Summary: We are seeking a Basic Maintenance Assistant to perform general basic maintenance in an office building, covering electricity, plumbing, and finishes. Key Highlights: 1. High degree of responsibility and commitment. **BASIC MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** **Responsibilities:** You will perform general basic maintenance on an office building regarding electricity, plumbing, and finishes. **Work Location:** Very close to Expo Santa Fe, CDMX **Requirements:** * 2 years of experience in general maintenance for shopping centers, hotels, restaurants, or similar establishments * MUST reside within a maximum 1-hour commute from the work area * High degree of responsibility and commitment **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * **Salary: $11,600 gross monthly** ($10,250 net monthly) * **Statutory benefits** * **100% IMSS contribution** * **Life insurance** * **Major medical expense coverage** * **Fixed Sunday off** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, full-time; Saturday half-day from 8 AM to 12 PM *Rotating shifts: 6 AM to 3 PM, 8 AM to 5 PM, and 11 AM to 8 PM*
