




Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional to manage and review payroll, control payroll incidents, and provide administrative and financial support. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management and control of payroll incidents. 2. Review and validation of external payroll records. 3. Key support during audits and administrative processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (degree holder). Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), severance calculation, settlements, and year-end bonuses; payroll incident management and submission (attendance, vacations, disabilities, permits, bonuses, absences). Although payroll preparation is carried out with support from an external accounting firm, it is essential that the candidate has full clarity of payroll concepts for accurate review and validation. Proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of ASPEL (desirable). Basic tax compliance knowledge. Main Responsibilities: Management and control of payroll incidents. Review and validation of payroll prepared by the external accounting firm. Control of employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments. Tracking and management of vacation time. Preparation and control of administrative reports related to payroll. Support in internal and external audits, as well as administrative or legal processes. General support to the Administration and Finance department. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Base salary + statutory benefits. Meal vouchers: $2,000 monthly. Savings fund: 13%.
