Job Summary: We are seeking a General Assistant to support continuous improvement processes, perform basic warehouse maintenance tasks, and organize merchandise. Key Highlights: 1. WE OFFER: Salary: $9,400.00. ** Monthly / Gross salary. ** Weekly payments every Friday. ** Rotating week schedule. * Starting salary, increasing to $11,800.00 from the 4th month onward. Statutory and above-statutory benefits. ** Effective from day one. ** Social Security registration. ** INFONAVIT contributions. ** Vacation bonus: 70%. ** Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo): 30 days. ** Savings fund: 7%. ** Savings box: 5% (Optional). ** Food vouchers: 12% (Monthly). Uniform provided from day one. ROTATING SHIFTS. ** 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. ** 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. ** 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. NOTE: ** All three shifts rotate. ** Rest day is Sunday. ** If operational requirements necessitate working on the rest day, the employee receives pay for the day plus Sunday premium and an additional $200.00 salary bonus (if applicable). ** Six working days followed by one rest day. RESPONSIBILITIES: ** Loading and unloading of merchandise (minimum 6 months’ recent experience). ** Supporting continuous improvement processes. ** Performing basic warehouse maintenance tasks. ** Organizing merchandise. ** Operating machinery and/or tools (e.g., hydraulic pallet jack or others). MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS ** Valid documentation dated 2026 (not older than 1 month). ** Minimum secondary school certificate. ** Two letters of recommendation. ** Additional documents (specified directly during direct contact). ** Warehouse experience (loading, unloading, organizing merchandise / operating hydraulic pallet jack). ** Proactivity, flexibility regarding work hours, and teamwork.
