Job Summary: We are seeking an AMS Software Development Lead to oversee application maintenance, manage services, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of cloud services and various databases **AMS Software Development Lead** * Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Systems, Software, Information Technology, or related field **AMS Service Management** * Supervise corrective, evolutionary, and perfective application maintenance * Perform Root Cause Analysis for problem resolution * Ensure compliance with SLAs and service-level agreements * Manage incidents, changes, and requests according to ITIL processes * Coordinate maintenance windows and production deployments * Optimize application support and operational processes * Manage technical and functional application documentation **Client and Stakeholder Coordination** * Serve as the primary technical point of contact with the client * Participate in status meetings and technical committees * Present progress updates, reports, and service metrics * Manage expectations and negotiate technical scopes * Escalate critical issues and coordinate resolutions * Propose improvements and optimizations to the client **Cloud Services Required:** * Compute: EC2, Azure VMs, Compute Engine * Storage: S3, Azure Storage, Cloud Storage * Networking: VPC, Load Balancers, Security Groups * Security: IAM, Key Vault, Secret Manager **Databases (Mandatory \- Experience in at least 4)** * **SQL Server** * **MongoDB** * **Azure Cosmos DB** * **Oracle Database** * **PostgreSQL** * **Amazon RDS** **Amazon DynamoDB** Hybrid employment arrangement Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 \- $65,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have leading IT teams? * What is your salary expectation?
