As we scale, we are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to design, build, and optimize high-performance applications across the entire stack. **Role Description** The Senior Full Stack Developer will lead end-to-end development of critical features, provide mentorship to other engineers, improve code quality, and contribute to team architecture and best practices. This role is pivotal in delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that power our platform and our customers’ applications. The selected candidate will work closely with teams across the organization—Product, Design, Customer Success, and DevOps—to support strategic initiatives. The role will begin remotely from Mexico City and is expected to transition to an in-person/hybrid model after several months. **What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)** *Product Development* * Feature Ownership: Lead the full development lifecycle (design → implementation → testing → deployment) of front-end and back-end features using React, Node.js, and TypeScript. * UX Quality: Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into intuitive, high-performance experiences with clean and accessible interfaces. *Platform and Architecture* * Scalable Services: Design and implement microservices and event-driven systems using Docker, Kubernetes, and RabbitMQ. * Data Layer Excellence: Design robust schemas and efficient queries in PostgreSQL and MongoDB; ensure data integrity, migration strategies, and observability. *Quality and Reliability* * Code Quality: Elevate engineering standards (testing strategies, code reviews, linting, CI/CD, documentation). * Performance and Security: Diagnose bottlenecks, optimize performance, and apply security best practices (authentication, encryption, OWASP). *Collaboration and Leadership* * Technical Mentorship: Guide the team, unblock complex problems, and foster knowledge sharing. * Cross-Functional Delivery: Collaborate with DevOps to optimize deployments; work with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver results on time. **What You Bring (Skills, Experience, and Qualifications)** *Full Stack Experience* * Extensive hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and TypeScript building production-grade applications. * Proven ability to design APIs (REST/GraphQL), integrate services, and deliver reliable software. *Cloud and Infrastructure* * Strong expertise in Docker and Kubernetes (containers, orchestration, deployments). * Experience building event-driven architectures with RabbitMQ or other message brokers. *Data and Observability* * Practical knowledge of PostgreSQL (relational modeling, performance) and MongoDB (document design, indexing). * Familiarity with logging, metrics, tracing, and error monitoring. *Qualifications* * Minimum 5–8 years of full-stack software development experience. * Experience with microservices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure, scalable systems. * Understanding of modern architecture, cloud-native patterns, and production operations. * Prior experience in startups or fast-growing tech companies is a plus but not required. **What We Offer** * A dynamic and collaborative work environment at a rapidly growing company. * Competitive salary * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Flexible work arrangements with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
