**MULTIFUNCTIONAL GENERAL ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** · Age: 30 to 50 years old · Good physical and mental health, with capacity and ability to perform heavy physical labor. · Flexible availability of working hours · Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, painting, and carpentry. · Prior experience as a private security guard is desirable. · Basic proficiency in using hand tools. · Ability to operate standard vehicles (motorcycle, car, and pickup truck). · Valid driver's license. · Willingness to travel between branches. · Responsible, proactive individual with a service-oriented attitude. · Orderliness and discipline. · Ability to follow instructions. **Responsibilities** · General maintenance · Respond to and track maintenance reports from branches and offices · Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on facilities. · Monitor and supervise entry and exit control for personnel, suppliers, and goods. · Detect and identify foreign or prohibited items if their presence within the facilities is suspected. · Verify that materials, products, supplies, equipment, tools, and furniture leaving the company match the corresponding outbound order. · Conduct patrols and submit reports. · Maintain logbook control. · Carry out inspections to identify maintenance needs and support facility improvements. · Perform basic tasks in: · Painting (touch-ups, patching, and general application). · Plumbing (leak inspection and replacement of fixtures). · Carpentry (door and furniture adjustments). · Basic electricity (replacement of light fixtures and outlets, and general inspections). **We Offer:** · Gross monthly salary of $13,028.57, paid weekly, 100% IMSS coverage · Statutory benefits · Direct hiring · Work location: Central Azcapotzalco · Schedule: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with midweek rest and flexible time availability. · Schedule your interview or send your CV directly via WhatsApp: **55 2188 4678** Salary: $13,028.57 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discounts * Gym discounts * Special discounts and preferential pricing * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
