We are looking for an SDR with a commercial focus, proactive attitude, and results orientation who wants to develop within a dynamic environment with high impact on business growth. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Relations, International Business, Communications, Advertising, International Trade, Business Management Engineering, or related field. * Experience in B2B commercial prospecting or strong interest in learning (outbound and inbound). **Responsibilities:** * Execute B2B prospecting strategies (outbound and inbound) to acquire new customers. * Identify, contact, and qualify prospects, converting MQLs into SQLs. * Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. * Develop and maintain an updated sales pipeline. * Implement social selling and digital prospecting strategies. * Follow up on leads and opportunities via CRM. * Research and map key accounts, especially in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. * Support lead generation campaigns (Google Ads) in coordination with the sales team. * Meet commercial metrics (leads, meetings, conversion, among others). * Stay current on market trends. **Knowledge:** * Full B2B sales process and demand generation. * Outbound (cold calling, cold emailing) and inbound prospecting strategies. * Digital prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator. * Digital marketing and lead generation. * Market and key account analysis. * Proficiency with productivity tools. **Competencies:** * Results orientation and goal achievement. * Effective communication and persuasion. * Hunter mindset and active prospecting. * Resilience and rejection management. * Organization and time management. * Analytical thinking. * Teamwork. * Adaptability and continuous learning. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $12,000. * Monthly bonus of $3,000 upon achievement of goals. * Opportunity for professional development in a specialized commercial environment. * INITIAL 3-MONTH PROBATIONARY CONTRACT, FOLLOWED BY AN INDEFINITE-TERM CONTRACT IMPORTANT: AVAILABILITY TO COMMUTE FROM MEXICO CITY AND STATE OF MEXICO If you’re ready to advance your sales career and make a real impact on the business, this opportunity is for you.
