Opportunity to grow technical skills and master new tools Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for keeping digital experiences clean, consistent, and on\-brand? We’re looking for a Content \& Web Operations Analyst to own the content management of our partner websites, working closely with Account Management, Marketing, and Service Delivery teams. This is a hands\-on role where your work is visible \- you’ll be building and maintaining websites that real users interact with every day. You’re someone who communicates fluently in both English and Spanish, takes pride in quality, and is eager to grow your technical skills in a collaborative, fast\-paced environment. **What You’ll Do** * Build and deliver production\-ready sites in EpiServer, supporting the Account Operations build team. * Create, modify, and update pages and content blocks for new and existing club sites. * Manage site menus, display options, landing pages, and partner\-specific content updates. * Apply HTML code updates within EpiServer content blocks when building or copying new sites. * Perform site audits and content block updates to enhance user experience and fix defects. * Ensure all content and visuals are cross\-device compatible and meet quality standards. * Resolve website issues quickly to minimize disruption and maintain optimal performance. * Partner with Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams on content updates and site changes. * Document CMS features, functionality, and processes to support team knowledge and consistency. **What We’re Looking For** * 2\+ years of experience managing websites and/or CMS platforms. * Bilingual: advanced written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. * Knowledge of HTML \- comfortable making code\-level updates in a CMS environment. * EpiServer experience is a strong plus. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision. * Experience collaborating with cross\-functional teams. * Basic proficiency in Photoshop or any photo editing tool. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. * Curious about technology and eager to keep learning. **You’ll Thrive Here If…** * You take ownership of your work and hold yourself to a high standard. * You’re comfortable switching between the big picture and the small details. * You enjoy working across teams and communicating clearly in two languages. * You’re not intimidated by technical tools — you see them as something to master.
