Lomas de Anáhuac, Monterrey, Nuevo León **Department:** Administration / Human Capital **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Full-time **Reports to:** Human Capital Manager **Job Objective** Ensure **timely and consistent coverage of operational and technical vacancies** within the air conditioning systems industry (HVAC technicians, installers, assistants, and operational staff), through field and digital recruitment strategies, guaranteeing candidates aligned with the required profile and possessing retention potential. **Main Responsibilities Recruitment and Talent Attraction** · Post operational and technical vacancies on recruitment platforms (Indeed, local job boards, social media). · Execute **field recruitment**: leaflet distribution, poster placement, on-site booths, job fairs, and mass campaigns. · Proactively search for and directly contact operational and technical candidates. · Establish and maintain relationships with **technical schools, universities, and municipal job boards**. · Design and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the urgency of vacancies. Selection and Follow-up · Conduct initial interviews and basic candidate evaluations. · Explain vacancy conditions, responsibilities, schedules, and **negotiate salary within the authorized range**. · Coordinate interviews with requesting departments. · Track candidates throughout the onboarding process. · Accompany new hires during their initial period (as needed).
