Position: Store Leader / Self-Service Store Manager ***What Are We Looking For?*** * Completed high school (minimum) Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role as Store Leader/Manager: * Personnel management * Cash handling * Cash counts and value handovers * Store performance indicators and operations (shrinkage, sales, turnover) * Customer service * Inventory control **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise proper store operations * Lead and coordinate the work team * Ensure proper merchandise display and organization * Drive product sales * Perform store opening or closing procedures * Manage cash and inventory * Deliver excellent customer service **We Offer** * Competitive salary of $16,000 to $18,000 based on experience (Base salary + bonuses) * Monthly productivity bonus * Statutory benefits * Additional bonuses * Ongoing training * Opportunities for professional growth and development Work schedule from Monday to Sunday with a weekday day off. **Work Area** * **NICOLAS ROMERO AREAS: NEAR COLAMENA, FRANCISCO I.
