Maintain the bar, bar furniture, tables, and other equipment clean and in good condition. Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages. Stock the area with ice, glassware, and supplies. Anticipate restocking needs and communicate them immediately. Wash dishes and kitchen utensils as needed. Complete opening and closing duties. Requisition all necessary supplies, transporting them from storage to the bar area as required. Secure liquors, beers, wines, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas. Document relevant information in departmental logs. Forecast additional food requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management. Comply with all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate their service needs and fulfill them; assist guests with disabilities; and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and thoroughly; and answer telephones using proper protocol. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others and support the team in achieving common goals. Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 25 pounds or less; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift.
