**Architectural Drafter** **Company Description:** Quyems is a construction company formed by a group of professionals with extensive experience, highly qualified, and continuously trained in the construction industry. We are a results-oriented company with over 10 years of experience in construction. **Job Objective:** Support the technical department of the construction company in preparing drawings, plans, material take-offs, and work volume calculations, as well as in managing technical information—ensuring quality and accuracy in projects, with availability for site visits. **Academic Qualifications:** · Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; recent graduate or currently completing degree requirements. **Experience:** · Minimum 1 year of experience (preferred). **Main Responsibilities:** · Prepare and update architectural and construction drawings. · Produce technical drawings: floor plans, sections, elevations, and details. · Perform material take-offs and work volume calculations based on plan and project model reviews. · Assist in developing item catalogs, reports, and estimates. · Participate in site visits for progress monitoring and field surveys. · Collaborate with the technical team in organizing project files and documentation. · Coordinate with the construction and supervision teams during site visits. **Required Knowledge:** · Software proficiency: o AutoCAD (mandatory). o Revit, SketchUp, or other modeling software (preferred). o Microsoft Office Suite. · Basic knowledge of material take-offs and construction processes. · Availability to conduct site visits. · Proactive, organized attitude with willingness to learn. **Competencies:** · Organization and attention to detail. · Teamwork and willingness to learn. · Proactivity and accountability. · Adaptability to both office and field environments. **We Offer:** · Salary of 12,000 · 3-month probationary contract. · Statutory benefits. · Opportunities for professional growth within the company. · Training in construction and administrative processes. · Job stability and a positive work environment.
