A construction company specializing in earthworks and civil engineering projects Seeks: Industrial Safety Resident for the Tepexpan project in Acolman Los Reyes, State of Mexico Monitor and ensure compliance with **Safety, Health, and Environmental Protection** guidelines on construction sites, guaranteeing safe working conditions, proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, and administrative control of field personnel. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree or candidate in Industrial, Environmental, Civil Engineering, or related field. Experience: 2–4 years supervising safety on construction sites. **Practical knowledge of work-at-heights, confined space operations, and high-risk activities.** **Familiarity with applicable STPS regulations (e.g., NOM-009-STPS, NOM-017-STPS, NOM-031-STPS, NOM-030-STPS, among others).** Experience managing attendance records and validating documentation for newly hired personnel on site. Knowledge of compiling safety files and document control procedures. Willingness to work on site **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene regulations on site. Verify proper wearing and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Supervise work-at-heights activities and issue work permits where applicable. Conduct safety inspections, identifying unsafe acts and conditions. Deliver safety talks (5-minute sessions) and basic on-site training. Validate documentation and entry requirements for new personnel (induction, PPE, medical examinations, etc.). Manage attendance records for field personnel. Prepare daily and weekly safety reports. Participate in incident investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
