This role is responsible for leading internal digital transformation using authorized tools, ensuring technological efficiency, security, and scalability across all company departments, as well as providing proper technical leadership to the team under their supervision. **Key Responsibilities** * AI Implementation: Evaluate workflows across administrative and operational departments to diagnose needs and implement AI-based solutions that optimize corporate productivity. * Infrastructure and Web Development Management: Oversee the technical operation of digital infrastructure comprehensively, including administration, security, and updates of the institutional website. * Technical Control of Digital Platforms: Manage technical configuration, access permissions, security protocols, and integrations of the company's social media accounts and digital channels. * Information Security: Ensure compliance with information security policies, confidentiality requirements, and proper use of technology tools authorized by management. * Team Management: Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the current IT team—including Technical Support and Programming functions—guiding traditional methodologies toward adoption of emerging technologies. **Required Professional Profile** * **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related field.
