GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Please briefly describe the objective of your position. That is, what is its primary purpose? Why and for what purpose does it exist? Verify, control, and report route TR1 and TR2 (Pickup/Delivery) square-offs to ensure item entry and exit from units and the platform at the COP, thereby ensuring traceability at all times and preventing item theft, as well as assisting in general administrative tasks for operational control. 3\. MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Describe the main responsibilities of your position, focusing on the most important ones. (Average 5 to 8 functions; if fewer, no need to fill all blanks; if more, use as many boxes as needed) Responsibility Description 1\. What do you do? Execute route TR2 and TR1 square-offs. How do you do it? By verifying that all routes arriving/departing the COP reflect identical quantities of items entering/exiting—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensuring the driver signs acceptance for any discrepancy. Why do you do it? To prevent item theft. 2\. What do you do? Locate items with discrepancies in TR1 and TR2 square-offs. How do you do it? By identifying each manifest with an incident, questioning the driver, and requiring immediate delivery of that item. Why do you do it? To guarantee all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain traceability. 3\. What do you do? Ensure all items remaining on the platform are registered. How do you do it? By registering, locating, and managing all pending shipments scheduled for route departure via the platform. Why do you do it? To physically identify items on the platform and confirm all items have a “pending” status recorded on the platform Operations Supervisor Operations Assistant 4\. What do you do? Monitor fuel performance for route TR2. How do you do it? By conducting daily audits for fuel loading control (high and low performance). Why do you do it? To provide information to the supervisor to prevent improper use and fuel theft. 5\. What do you do? Immediately notify the Supervisor of TR1, TR2 square-off results and fuel performance audits. How do you do it? By documenting and submitting the daily report upon completion of square-offs and fuel performance audits. Why do you do it? So the supervisor can take corrective and/or preventive actions with the driver/route involved in incidents to avoid recurrence. 5\. DECISION-MAKING List the types of decisions made to fulfill position responsibilities without requiring prior approval. Example: Invoice authorization; customer issue resolution, etc. Halt TR2 driver / Route Assistant at the COP if a square-off incident is detected. Require immediate delivery of the missing item, along with the TR2 driver / Route Assistant’s signature accepting the square-off incident. Determine, based on analysis, which TR2 routes require fuel performance auditing. Manage the location of pending items on the platform. Type of decision made jointly with the immediate supervisor or negotiable with him/her. Example: Authorization of expenses exceeding a certain threshold; resolution of atypical issues, etc. Follow-up on sanctions related to TR1 and TR2 square-off incidents. 6\.
