With a focus on automation and generative AI the candidate will contribute to the development and execution of test frameworks. This position requires expertise in Auto\-Verification and validation and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python Bash and CAPL. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure software quality and performance. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects. * Utilize Automation Desk and vTestStudio to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. * Design and execute automated test scripts using Python Bash and CAPL. * Apply generative AI techniques to enhance test coverage and accuracy. * Conduct thorough verification and validation of software components in the automotive domain. * Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. * Continuously improve test frameworks to adapt to evolving project requirements. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing. * Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes. * Coordinate with project managers to align testing activities with project timelines. * Travel as required to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders. Qualifications * * Demonstrate proficiency in Automation Desk and vTestStudio for effective test automation. * Exhibit strong scripting skills in Python Bash and CAPL for developing robust test scripts. * Possess expertise in generative AI to innovate testing methodologies. * Have a solid understanding of Auto\-Verification and validation processes. * Show excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration and reporting. * Display a proactive approach to problem\-solving and continuous improvement. * Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. **Certifications Required** ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Analyst Why Cognizant?
