Safeguard the integrity of company personnel, customers, assets, and facilities through active surveillance, access control, and effective response to risk situations, exercising sound judgment and tactical training within the legal framework. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Conduct regular patrols and maintain active presence at assigned post without distractions. 2\. Control vehicle access to the parking lot by verifying authorizations and records. 3\. Monitor the CCTV system to detect suspicious or criminal activities. 4\. Draft and submit detailed reports on suspicious incidents, thefts, or altercations. 5\. Participate in merchandise counts during store opening and closing. 6\. Supervise strategic inventories in coordination with responsible departments. 7\. Ensure strict compliance with security protocols and policies. 8\. Support emergency response or evacuation procedures per internal protocol. 9\. Report hourly—whether or not incidents occurred—via designated communication channels. 10\. Complete incident logs, count records, etc. 11\. Promote an excellent work environment and uphold company regulations and policies. **Experience:** 1\. Knowledge of physical security protocols. 2\. Supervision of physical inventories. 3\. CCTV system monitoring and operation. 4\. First aid and evacuation protocols. 5\. Basic security report and incident documentation writing skills. 6\. Minimum 2 years in security positions. 7\. Experience in access control, physical and electronic (CCTV) surveillance. 8\. Preferred experience in retail or companies with high inventory volume. **Education:** 1\. Former military or naval service (preferred) 2\. Certification in crisis management, personal defense, or executive protection (preferred). 3\. Certification in civil protection or first aid (preferred). Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
