Your work will contribute to creating a positive work environment that fosters the professional growth and development of our engineers and specialists. **Responsibilities:** * Support IT infrastructure (hardware \& software) administration: monitor the site, networks, internet, computing equipment, licenses, and other aspects related to ALTEN Mexico’s information technologies. * Support maintaining an up-to-date IT inventory database for both ALTEN Mexico’s support and engineering teams. * Create email accounts for new employees joining the company. * Create and manage access to ALTEN Mexico offices and restricted areas (engineering departments). * Ensure timely and proper delivery of requested hardware and software equipment to company employees as specified in their ONBs. * Quote and track purchases from IT vendors. * Support handling the ticketing system to track all reported needs (incidents) within the company. * Support keeping ALTEN Mexico’s hardware and software equipment up to date. * Support implementation of applicable regulations in the area, e.g., ISO 27001\. * Participate in internal ALTEN Mexico initiatives. * Follow applicable Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions established in the Quality Management System.
