




The **Diesel Electrical Coordinator** is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the diagnosis, repair, installation, and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems in vehicles and equipment powered by diesel engines. Leads a specialized technical team, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and guarantees the proper operation of critical electrical systems essential for vehicle functionality. **Education and Experience** Technician or engineer in automotive electricity, automotive electronics, electromechanics, or related fields. Courses or certifications in electronic diagnostics, automotive scanners, and electricity in heavy-duty vehicles are desirable. Minimum of 3 **years** of experience in diesel automotive electricity and at least **2 years** in leadership positions. **Technical Competencies** Advanced knowledge of diesel vehicle electrical and electronic systems is desirable. Proficiency in electronic fuel injection systems, sensors, and actuators. Proficiency in computerized diagnostics and use of automotive and heavy machinery scanners. Ability to read and interpret complex electrical diagrams. Knowledge of batteries, alternators, starting systems, and energy management. Proficiency in technical diagnostic software and manufacturer manuals. **Soft Skills** Effective leadership and ability to coordinate technical teams. Decision-making based on technical analysis. Attention to detail and focus on work quality. Clear communication skills, especially on technical topics. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
