Daily Responsibilities * Prospect and develop clients. * Diagnose client needs and propose energy investment solutions. * Negotiate and close sales. * Follow up and provide customer support (yes, this also includes resolving questions or complaints). * Prepare proposals and manage the CRM. * Stay updated on sector regulations and standards. Candidate Requirements * Minimum 2 years of sales experience (ideally in financial, real estate, or similar sectors). * At least 6 months of experience in photovoltaic system projects. * Degree in engineering (energy, electrical, sustainable electromechanical) or business administration/marketing. * Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. * Positive attitude, resilience, and high level of self-management. * Availability and eagerness to continuously learn. * Intermediate English and proficiency with digital tools are advantageous.
