**BI Developer (Senior / Alpha)** **Location:** San Ángel, Álvaro Obregón, CDMX. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Senior BI Developer** capable of designing and building high-level technological solutions. The ideal candidate must master multiple programming languages and development methodologies, integrating web application development with the creation of intelligent data ecosystems. Additionally, they will serve as a technical leader, coordinating Junior developers and ensuring adoption of best practices throughout the project. **Key Responsibilities** * **Solution Development:** Design and maintain web applications (Frontend and Backend) focused on Business Intelligence. * **Data Visualization:** Create interactive dashboards, automated reports, and high-impact reports. * **Data Management:** Expertise in designing and developing **ETL** (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and relational and non-relational data modeling. * **Technical Leadership:** Coordinate Junior Developers’ activities and supervise code quality through version control in **Git**. * **Optimization:** Implement design techniques for data modeling and optimization of technical processes. **Essential Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 5 verifiable years of experience in BI solution development, web services, dashboards, and reporting. * **Education (Verifiable):** Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in: * Computer Science, Informatics, Systems, or Administrative Informatics. * Administration, Accounting, or Quality. * Mathematics\-Actuarial Science or Physics. * **Technical Knowledge (Verifiable in at least two of the following):** * **Methodologies:** Scrum Master. * **Open Source Languages:** Python, Scala, or Rust. * **BI and Data Tools:** Fabric or Databricks (including consumption schemas). **Certifications (Desirable)** * Valid **Scrum Master** certification. * Valid certification in business intelligence tools (**Fabric or Databricks**). **Valued Competencies** * Proficiency in **Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe** methodologies. * Ability to solve complex problems and possess end-to-end visibility of the development lifecycle.
