**and Speech-Language Therapist** We are seeking a Speech-Language Therapist to join our team: ***Main responsibilities:*** * Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments of communicative functions. * Design and implement personalized intervention plans based on patients’ needs. * Apply and adapt therapeutic techniques and methodologies for disorders such as language delay, articulation disorders (e.g., lisping), stuttering, dysphonia, reading and writing disorders (e.g., dyslexia, dysgraphia), and communication difficulties associated with other syndromes. * Maintain detailed clinical records, prepare progress reports, and update patients’ files. * Provide guidance and training to parents and family members on strategies to support communicative development at home. * Participate in team meetings for interdisciplinary case planning. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Therapy, Speech Pathology, Human Communication, or related fields (not Psychology or Education). * Valid professional license. * Minimum one year of verifiable experience working with children and adolescents. ***Competencies and skills:*** * Empathy, patience, and a strong vocation for working with children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. * Organizational skills for managing schedules, patient files, and therapeutic materials. ***Employment conditions:*** * Location: Near Galerías Serdán * Ongoing training * A work structure with flexible scheduling is offered, allowing autonomous management of your agenda. However, it is essential that the therapist maintains high availability to cover afternoon/evening hours, as these coincide with peak patient demand. Compensation will be provided under a Professional Honorarium scheme, and we are open to negotiation.
