We work with aspirational brands, globally recognized and targeted at a discerning market that values experience, attention to detail, and premium service. Here, you will handle interior design, furniture, and decoration projects with clients, architects, and top-tier architecture firms. **Compensation Structure:** * 100% commission * **No base salary** * No payroll registration * No fixed working hours * No mandatory office attendance * Ongoing product training * Sales materials provided for closing deals Income directly proportional to project value (high-ticket projects = high commissions). **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Proven sales experience (not merely customer service) * Ability to prospect, advise, and close deals * Results-oriented mindset * Prior experience in real estate, insurance, interior design, or high-value products is desirable **Mandatory Requirements:** * Registered with the Tax Administration Service (SAT) * Capable of issuing invoices (e.g., under the Simplified Trust Regime or as a business activity) * Work as an independent contractor (no employer-employee relationship) **Before Applying:** If you seek a fixed salary, benefits, or a traditional employment arrangement, this position is not for you.
