The Role: **Payroll Specialist (Fixed Term)** **Guadalajara, Zapopan.** Are you interested in a regional experience with international exposure? Are you seeking a fixed-term challenge where you can deliver immediate impact? Are you interested in deepening your expertise in payroll and labor relations across multiple LATAM countries? If your answer is yes, this opportunity is for you. We are seeking a Payroll Specialist (MX) to join our team. This position will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll execution and control in Mexico, as well as coordinating with international vendors. You will be responsible for payroll validation, reconciliation, and analysis, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy in every payroll cycle. **What a typical day looks like in this role:** * Management of outsourced biweekly payroll in Mexico. * Coordination of monthly payroll with vendor for: Trinidad \& Tobago (7 HC) and Jamaica (5 HC). * Collection and validation of payroll incidents (overtime hours, deductions, absences due to illness). * Management of IMSS and government platforms. * Review and validation of termination settlements. * Payroll reconciliation, variance analysis, and deviation tracking and control. * Interaction and negotiation with vendors. * Use of HRIS (SAP, Workday, or others). What we expect from you: Candidates should be recent graduates or final-semester students in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Economics, or Industrial Engineering, or hold technical qualifications in Accounting or Administration. Skills:* Experience in Mexican payroll. * Experience working with external vendors. * Intermediate English (regional interaction). * High attention to detail. * Strong analytical capability. * Experience with HRIS (SAP, Workday, etc.). * Global Collaboration: Ability to work within matrix structures and with remote teams (FSSC). * Analytical Thinking: Superior ability to analyze data with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
