Requirements: \* Junior high school diploma. \* Availability to rotate among 3 shifts every 15 days, Monday through Saturday (half-day). \* Preferable experience in offset printing, feeder operation, or handling paper rolls or corrugated cardboard. Knowledge: Types of paper (grammage, caliper, and format). (PREFERRED, NOT MANDATORY). \-Operation of Youbond 1650 machine. (PREFERRED, NOT MANDATORY). \-Paper roll splicing techniques. \-Proper use of splicing tape. \-Identification of paper defects. \-Coordinated work with feeder and offset assistants. Responsibilities: \* Splice paper rolls to ensure continuity of the production process. \* Prepare rolls for rapid changeovers without stopping the machine. \* Verify alignment, strength, and quality of splices. \* Coordinate splice timing with the printing department. \* Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.
