Creation of value propositions and personalized customer service **Join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor!** We seek a candidate with leadership and strategic vision to manage professional cleaning services. ***Requirements:*** * Minimum of 2 verifiable years of experience in the cleaning sector. * Completed high school diploma (mandatory) or bachelor’s degree (preferred). * Technical knowledge: KPI management, handling of cleaning chemicals, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Age between 30 and 45 years. * Mobility: Fieldwork experience and direct customer interaction are mandatory. ***Skills:*** * Design and execution of annual and operational work plans. * Leadership of operational staff and performance evaluation. * Logbook control, cleaning procedures oversight, and human resource follow-up. * Creation of value propositions and personalized customer service. ***Our Offer:*** * Monthly gross salary of $11,550 * Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), including one-hour lunch break * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Travel allowances * Parking Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,550.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
