What will you do in this role? Your primary mission is to ensure that maintenance services (preventive and corrective) are executed with technical excellence and punctuality. • Manage the service portfolio: Schedule preventive maintenance visits for our current customers and coordinate urgent repairs (corrective). • Lead technical execution: Supervise field crews to ensure compliance with CATMA’s installation and service standards. • Coordinate with Logistics: Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure transportation, spare parts, and equipment are available for each service. • After-sales support: Act as the technical liaison with companies, ensuring 100% compliance with their service policies and contracts, while identifying new security-related needs. Manage and track public and private tenders. Who are we looking for? Academic and Technical Requirements: • Professionals: Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. • Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience managing field preventive and corrective maintenance services or industrial technical after-sales. • Knowledge: ERP system proficiency (SAE) is a plus, along with service management systems, intermediate Excel skills, and ability to interpret technical drawings/diagrams. Soft Skills: • Operational Planning: Ability to organize service schedules and anticipate material requirements for Logistics. • Assertive Communication: Strong ability to interact with corporate clients and collaborate with internal departments. • Sense of Urgency: Ability to prioritize critical tasks affecting customer safety. • Problem Solving: Proactive approach to technical incidents or operational delays.
