At **Nuxiba**, a leading company in software and telecommunications solutions, we are looking for a **Data Analyst** with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and passion for working with information to support decision-making. This role will be critical in **analyzing, reconciling, and generating reports on operational information**, ensuring data accuracy, adherence to timelines, and continuous improvement in billing and analytical processes. **What profile are we seeking?** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technologies, Data Analysis, Mathematical Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience handling data, performing analysis, and creating dashboards. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * SQL – intermediate level. * Dashboard creation. * Data analysis. * Python – desirable but not mandatory. * .NET – desirable but not mandatory. **What are the Data Analyst’s responsibilities?** * Download and validate system information to consolidate data for correct integration with invoice costs. * Verify that billing generated by NEON exactly matches the information contained in the CDRs, ensuring data accuracy. * Conduct monthly reviews using NEON reports to ensure all customer information is correctly registered and reflected in the system. * Perform internal validation by comparing the “monthly report” against the “invoice report” to guarantee data integrity, verifying that information in NEON has been correctly entered by the Telecomm team. * Identify and report any discrepancies detected during reconciliation via detailed reports directed to the involved departments for analysis and resolution. * Maintain an updated record of telephony consumption in terms of cost ($) per customer, ensuring availability for queries and audits. * Deliver service pre-invoices to the Billing department within established SLAs. * Administer and update rates on the NEON platform, coordinating with the Telecomm team to resolve any identified anomalies. * Generate internal reports enabling identification of opportunities in SLA management, telephony usage metrics, and customer behavior, providing detailed analysis to respective departments. **What do we offer?** * Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. * Statutory benefits. * Enhanced benefits (food vouchers, 30-day bonus, 30% vacation premium). * Training and development plan. * Hybrid work model in CDMX. * Work location: Narvarte neighborhood.
