Job Summary: Garín Etiquetas is seeking a Production Assistant to operate and maintain die-cutting machines, ensuring quality and efficiency in label manufacturing. Key Highlights: 1. Is seeking a **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT (both genders)** **WE OFFER:** * **Weekly gross salary of $2,488** * Job stability * **Statutory benefits (15-day bonus, vacation, vacation premium, profit-sharing, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT)** * **Additional benefits (Savings Fund, Life Insurance)** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Punctual * Responsible * Age 21 or older * Minimum education: Junior High School (CERTIFICATE required) * Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations (ADD, SUBTRACT, DIVIDE, MULTIPLY) * Prior factory experience (preferred) * Ability to learn how to operate label-cutting machinery. **Responsibilities:** * Operate label die-cutting machines. * Mount and adjust dies according to production orders. * Inspect materials and measurements before initiating the process. * Configure machine parameters (speed, pressure, cut registration). * Verify that die-cutting matches the label design. * Detect and correct deviations, incorrect cuts, or waste. * Conduct test runs prior to releasing production. * Record production output, time, and losses. * Keep machines and tools clean and in good working condition. * Report malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor. **Work Schedules: All positions in the production area follow "ROTATING SHIFTS" (every 30 days)** 1st shift: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 2nd shift: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you meet the requirements, apply via this channel, attaching your updated CV or application form.
