Madero, Ciudad de México** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant recording, control, and analysis of the company’s accounting transactions, with emphasis on construction projects, thereby guaranteeing reliable, timely, and regulation-aligned financial information. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately and promptly record accounting journal entries (revenues, expenses, general ledger). Monitor and reconcile accounting accounts (customers, suppliers, advances, work-in-progress). Prepare bank reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies. Track and record project-related costs (materials, labor, subcontractors, indirects). Compile and validate data for monthly and annual financial closing. Support preparation of financial statements and management reports. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Validate invoicing (revenues and expenses) per tax requirements. Fulfill tax obligations (VAT, Income Tax, DIOT, etc.) in coordination with the Accountant. Assemble accounting and tax files per project/construction job. Support internal and external audits. Supervise and guide junior accounting assistants (if applicable).
