In this role, you will be the key player in leading the creation of change proposals and adaptations for high-impact transactional systems. Your mission will be to guide our design team, ensuring technical feasibility. What will be your main challenge? Lead and validate technical solutions with the highest level of detail to enable development at our partner software factories, ensuring every proposal complies with architectural and business standards. Requirements **Architecture and Design:** Advanced knowledge of architectural patterns and software development methodologies. **Web Technology:** Proficiency in J2EE, Web Servers, Portals, and Application Servers (Advanced level). **Development and Languages:** Intermediate proficiency in Java, C\+\+, Shell, Cobol, SQL Script, HTML, and JavaScript. **Infrastructure:** Knowledge of standards for UNIX, Windows, Linux, and Guardian/B24 environments (Desirable). **Databases:** Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2\. **IT Management:** Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL or CMMI. **English:** Intermediate level. **Industry:** \+2 years in the financial sector or Payment Systems (Mandatory). **Leadership:** \+3 years coordinating teams and providing technical supervision. **Specialization:** \+3 years in Back\-end system design/development, Batch processes, web services, and integrations. **Consulting:** \+2 years implementing client requirement-based solutions and \+1 year performing Business Analyst functions. 4 years
