Elevate the team’s critical thinking through continuous technical mentorship Dinamic Company positions itself as a technology firm focused on data intelligence and advanced analytics, with a clear emphasis on transforming public and digital data into actionable insights. * **Responsibilities:** * Define and safeguard the product architecture, making clear, principled decisions regarding technical debt: knowing when to pay it down and when to consciously accept it based on product needs, market conditions, and risk. * Translate technical decisions into business impact and risk, clearly explaining when a decision may compromise stability, security, scalability, or regulatory compliance. * Lead and be directly accountable for the SaaS code quality. This includes: * Establishing technical standards, patterns, and conventions. * Defining clear criteria for code quality and maintainability. * Leading code reviews with a formative (non-punitive) focus. * Identifying architectural anti-patterns before they escalate. * Ensuring consistency between the defined architecture and implemented code. * Elevating the team’s critical thinking through ongoing technical mentorship. * Guaranteeing that what reaches production aligns with: Security, performance, scalability, and sound engineering practices. * Intervening technically when necessary—reviewing PRs in depth, challenging architectural decisions, and guiding strategic refactorings. **Technical Skills:** * \+5 years of software development experience * Python (ETL, ML, scraping, automation) * Solid AWS expertise (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, IAM) * Architecture: microservices, monolith, serverless \+ REST APIs * CI/CD \+ Docker \+ IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) * Databases (Postgres, modeling, ACID/BASE) * MLOps (pipelines, training, deployment, monitoring) * JavaScript / TypeScript (backend integration) * Testing (unit \+ E2E) * Security (OAuth, JWT, OWASP, encryption, IAM) **Desirable:** * Web Scraping * Natural Language Processing * Geospatial analysis / GIS / SIG * ISO 27001 * GDPR * Policies, standards, and procedures * GRC (Governance, Risk \& Compliance) * **Work Mode and Schedule:** Hybrid in CDMX, 9 AM – 6 PM Mexico Time \- 3 days in office * Monthly Compensation: 60,000 \- 100,000 MXN Gross Monthly Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $80,000\.00 \- $100,000\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mexico City
