At **Ciprés Banquetes**, we are seeking a person **passionate about event planning**, with a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and service orientation, to join our team as **Events Coordinator**.
This position is key to ensuring the **flawless planning, coordination, and execution** of social and corporate events, guaranteeing memorable experiences for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee the end-to-end operation of social events, weddings, and corporate events.
* Manage event calendars, schedules, and timelines.
* Coordinate suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Maintain constant communication with clients, delivering professional and personalized service.
* Resolve unexpected issues promptly, efficiently, and judiciously.
* Conduct **venue scouting and evaluation**.
* Supervise the setup of **tableware, flatware, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment**.
* Provide timely follow-up before, during, and after each event.
* Stay updated on trends in banquets, weddings, and special events.
**Requirements**
* Minimum of **1 year** of experience in event, wedding, or banquet coordination.
* **Excellent appearance** and professional demeanor.
* Strong **verbal and written communication skills**.
* Ability to work under pressure, meet goals, and collaborate effectively within a team.
* Organized, solution-oriented, and detail-focused profile.
* **Personal vehicle** (preferred).
* **Residence near Satélite / Naucalpan area**.
