RESTAURANTES AL/CA is seeking a **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** to join our team. Prior experience in professional kitchens is required, with emphasis on preparing a variety of dishes. Candidates must possess solid understanding of cooking techniques and methods for preparing fresh food. A 60-day training period will be assigned at one of the following locations: ✅Plaza Universidad ✅Parque Delta ✅Reforma 222 ✅Perisur ✅Parque Tepeyac ✅CETRAM 4 Caminos ✅Fashion Mall Tlalnepantla ✅Galerías Coapa ✅Plaza Carso Upon completion, you will be assigned to one of the 45 available vacancies across branches in the Metropolitan Zone. Experience: More than **ONE YEAR** of recent experience in value-added cuisine (Mexican, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Mediterranean, Spanish, or similar). Preferably currently employed or having recently concluded employment. Job Description: Operation of fryers, stovetops, griddles, and woks Inventory and supply control Preparation of dishes according to established recipes Assistance during store opening and/or closing Maintaining the buffet bar fully stocked at all times Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with midweek rest day. 30-minute lunch break. We Offer: Monthly gross salary of $11,000 during training. Upon completion of training, salary increases to $12,000 based on technical and practical evaluation. Daily meals (free of charge) Important Notes: These are fast-food establishments; therefore, customers typically do not leave tips. Payroll cutoff dates are the 15th and 30th of each month; payment dates are the 5th and 20th, with no float days. Immediate availability for employment is required.
