Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant with experience in payroll calculations, final settlement processing (finiquitos), and strong attention to detail for a logistics company. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in pre-payroll and weekly/biweekly payroll calculations 2. Proficiency in Excel and the COMPAQ payroll system 3. Excellent attention to detail Logistics company seeks Payroll Assistant We require a candidate with experience in pre-payroll and weekly/biweekly payroll calculations, strong Excel skills and familiarity with the COMPAQ payroll system, as well as experience calculating final settlements (finiquitos), severance payments (liquidaciones), Christmas bonuses (aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), vacation bonuses (prima vacacional), etc. Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail, experience managing a minimum workforce of 300 employees, and flexible working hours. Preferred age: 25–35 years old; academic background in Accounting, Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
