Coordination and reporting of security activities ETN TURISTAR LUJO We are looking for talent as: **Internal Control Element** **Requirements:** * Age 20–40 years * Completed secondary education * 1 year of experience in asset security, corporate surveillance, or access control; logbook and reporting management; Garrett device operation * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Mandatory availability to work rotating 24-hour shifts (24 x 24) **Responsibilities:** Access Control: * + Inspect outgoing personnel by checking backpacks, toolboxes, bags, etc., and performing body searches using a Garrett device to prevent material loss. + Control access (entry and exit) to the facility by verifying the identity of employees, visitors, contractors, and suppliers. Surveillance and Monitoring: * + Conduct periodic patrols of offices, parking lots, common areas, and restricted zones. + Monitor security cameras, alarms, and perimeter control systems to ensure they are fully operational. + Detect suspicious behavior or hazardous conditions (e.g., leaks, spilled flammable liquids, lighting issues, short circuits, buses, diesel areas, offices, workshops, etc.) to prevent serious accidents. * Conduct inventory of audio and video equipment on units parked overnight within the facility to verify that all required equipment is present; promptly report any loss or theft to the relevant department. * Reporting and Communication: * + Submit the Informative Logbook and activity control record to the supervisor at the end of each shift for review and confirmation of completion, notifying any incidents or updates. + Monitor WhatsApp groups regularly to review evidence. Vehicle Dispatch: * + Request trip assignments, verifying date, name, signature, and department of the authorized approver, cross-checking against the official list of authorized signatories. + Inspect vehicles both internally and externally, including full audio and video systems, ensuring no unauthorized items are carried to prevent petty theft; if unauthorized items are found or if audio/video equipment is missing, vehicle dispatch will not be permitted. + Inspect vehicles both internally and externally to identify damages, documenting them on the Checklist form, and recording driver’s name, ID, unit number, and potential damage caused by the driver. * Customer Service and Protocols: * + Receive and professionally assist visitors with courtesy. * Act as first responder during fires, medical emergencies, or security incidents, following Civil Protection protocols. * Serve as a brigade member during earthquakes, fires, or medical emergencies, guiding staff to low-risk zones. **Benefits:** * Monthly gross salary: $13,000 MXN * Statutory benefits from day one * Savings fund * Travel courtesies * Additional days off * Job stability **Work Location: Calle Saturno No. 39, Nueva Industrial Vallejo, Alcaldía Gustavo A.
