A **Project Manager** is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology projects, acting as the liaison between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams. This role ensures goal attainment, proper application of project management methodologies, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Position ProfileAcademic Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Information Technologies, Systems, Administration, or related fields. English: Advanced (B2–C1). Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management: * Planning of scope, schedule, deliverables, and resources. * Daily and weekly tracking of project progress. * Monitoring of timelines, costs, and KPIs. * Identification of risks and execution of mitigation plans. * Ensuring functional and documented deliveries. Agile Methodologies: * Managing projects under SCRUM / Agile frameworks. * Coordinating ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, review, and retrospective. * Prioritizing and tracking backlog items. Communication and Clients: * Continuous communication with clients and stakeholders. * Eliciting and documenting requirements. * Managing changes and expectations. * Preparing progress reports and project closure reports. Team Coordination: * Assigning and tracking tasks. * Coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * Identifying team needs and escalating issues promptly. Experience: * Minimum 3 years as a Project Manager in technology projects. * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Tools and Knowledge: * Project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile, PMI). * Project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar). * General software development knowledge for technical coordination. **Employment Conditions:** * Work modality: On-site. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 hrs. * Payment scheme: Service provider model.
