DE C.V. is seeking a Preconstruction Manager in Condesa \- Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A growing real estate company in CDMX seeks a Preconstruction Manager with solid experience in planning, budgeting, and feasibility analysis of residential projects. **Job Objective** ----------------------- Ensure proper technical and financial planning of real estate developments from the conceptual stage through project kickoff, ensuring profitability, regulatory compliance, and cost control. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Preparation and control of base and parametric budgets. * Analysis of direct, indirect, and financial costs. * Coordination with engineering teams and review of execution-level designs. * Technical and economic feasibility evaluation. * Management and tracking of licenses and permits (CDMX). * Coordination with Development, Construction, and Finance departments. * Cost optimization and project risk analysis. **Requirements:** --------------- * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (certified). * Minimum 5 years of preconstruction experience in the real estate sector. * Experience in residential or vertical developments. * Proficiency in Neodata, Opus, or similar cost-estimation software. * Knowledge of urban regulations and licensing procedures in CDMX. * Leadership and strategic decision-making skills. **We Offer:** -------------- * Competitive salary (commensurate with experience). * Statutory benefits. * Professional stability and growth. * Involvement in high-impact projects.
