Each day you will face new and interesting challenges in your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Efficiently developing functional specifications and designs—on time, accurately, and in accordance with established requirements rules. * Complying with defined quality guidelines, methodology, standards, and service levels. * Supervising software development suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of technological solutions. * Conducting analyses and identifying application improvements to meet user requirements. * Applying efficiencies identified during incident analysis to reduce the occurrence of operational issues. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems or related field (degree completed) * Experience managing software factories and suppliers * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in SQL databases * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Java.net * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar position * Desired knowledge of maintenance management, improvements, and incident handling in applications At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
