Identify and implement application improvements to reduce operational issues. **Location:** MONTERREY, Nuevo León, MX **Category:** Administration **Requisition ID:** 120740 **Operational Assurance Application Engineer** **(CDMX / MONTERREY)** **Position Objective:** Manage and analyze maintenance designs, resolve channel domain incidents, and attend to, manage, and supervise assigned suppliers to achieve this objective. Each day you will face new and interesting challenges in your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Efficiently developing functional specifications and designs—on time, accurately, and in accordance with established requirements rules. * Complying with defined quality guidelines, methodology, standards, and service levels. * Supervising software development suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of technological solutions. * Conducting analyses and identifying application improvements to meet user requirements. * Applying efficiencies identified during incident analysis to reduce the occurrence of operational issues. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems or related field (degree completed) * Experience managing software factories and suppliers * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in SQL databases * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Java.net * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar position * Desired knowledge of maintenance management, improvements, and incident handling in applications At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
