Position Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant with solid experience in regulatory standards, accounting software, and financial analysis to comprehensively manage records and ensure tax compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages records, classifies transactions, and prepares financial statements. 2. Calculates and files federal and local tax returns. 3. Supports management with financial information for decision-making. ***GENERAL ACCOUNTANT*** ***KNOWLEDGE:*** * Candidate must possess technical expertise in Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), tax laws, accounting software (ERP) proficiency, and financial analysis skills. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Accounting Management: recording, classification, and summarization of all financial transactions * Financial Reporting: timely preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement) * Tax Compliance: calculation and filing of federal and local tax returns * Auditing and Control: coordination with internal/external auditors and financial risk management * Budgeting: development of budget projections and cost control * Ensuring records comply with current laws to avoid penalties * Supporting management with financial information for decision-making * Interaction with banks, tax authorities (SAT), and auditors * Accounting for legal entities, individuals engaged in business activities, and salaried employees * Invoicing * Payroll: stamping of payroll receipts * IMSS: SUA INFONAVIT * Legislation: knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, tax laws, and other applicable laws related to duties * Proposing financial and tax strategies * Handling and managing visits by local and federal authorities ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance areas * **Bachelor's degree in Accounting (certified).** * Flexible working hours * Analytical ability, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, mathematical critical thinking, and sense of urgency * Residence near Cuautitlán Izcalli area * Proactive and highly responsible individual For more information, apply through this channel or send your CV to 5638968101 to Mr. Armando García.
