We seek a consistent, proactive individual with a willingness to learn within the bakery field. The position involves various tasks related to preparation and organization of the production area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in ingredient and material preparation. * Collaborate in basic bread production processes. * Shape and arrange dough pieces during the shift. * Clean and organize worktables, utensils, and the workspace. * Support general departmental activities. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Responsible and organized individual. * Punctual with a positive attitude toward work. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Interest in learning bakery processes. * Prior experience is not required. **We Offer:** * Timely payment. * Initial training. * Stable work environment. * Opportunity to gain bakery experience.
