Excellence defines us. **Job Description** We are seeking an **Import Coordinator** with **3 to 5 years** of proven experience, responsible for ensuring that import processes are executed on time and in full compliance with regulatory requirements, guaranteeing optimal flow of goods from international suppliers. **Responsibilities** * End-to-end coordination of import processes. * Management of **international suppliers**, especially in **Asia and the United States**. * Timely tracking of **ocean, air, and land shipments**. * Preparation and control of **payments to international suppliers**. * **Project costing** and analysis of logistics expenses. * Handling and continuous updating of applicable **NOMs**, regulations, and changes in **foreign trade**. * Coordination with **freight forwarders** and **customs agencies**. * Document management: customs declarations, invoices, bills of lading (BL), packing lists, certificates, etc. * Ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, and regulations throughout the logistics process. **Requirements** * Proven experience of **3 to 5 years** in import operations. * Solid knowledge of import processes, logistics, and regulations. * Experience working with suppliers in **Asia and the United States**. * Familiarity with NOMs and regulations applicable to imports. * Knowledge of operations with **freight forwarders** and **customs agencies**. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and effective communication. **We Offer** * **Net salary of $30,000 to $35,000**, based on experience. * **Life insurance**. * **Minor medical expense insurance**. * **30 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo)**. * Statutory benefits. * Professional and stable work environment.
