If, like us, you are passionate about fashion and challenges, we have a place for you as a **SALES ADVISOR.** **Interested candidates may apply through this platform or send their CV to\*** **WE OFFER:** * Direct employment by the company. * Base salary of $9853 gross. * 2% commission. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation bonus, year-end bonus, profit sharing, Fonacot, holiday pay, Sunday premium). * Enhanced benefits (grocery vouchers at 7%). * Uniforms Schedules: Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off (rotating shifts initially from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM and from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Achieving sales targets. * Providing personalized customer service and advice. * Merchandise arrangement. * Inventory control. * Teamwork (active participation in store organization and cleaning activities). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Passion for fashion. * Excellent customer service attitude. * Minimum 1 year of sales experience (apparel, footwear, jewelry, handbags, perfumery, beauty). * Employment stability.
