Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Senior Treasurer with experience in treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and online banking platforms to manage cash flows, reconciliations, and banking operations. Responsibilities: * Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly actual and projected cash flow statements. * Obtain payment and collection forecasts from each related department; where necessary, determine them based on expected and/or historical revenues. * Record supplier payments on a weekly basis and/or as required by the Finance Department. * Ensure that supporting documentation for cash disbursements complies with established internal control requirements. * Administer and monitor liquidity in current and investment bank accounts. * Submit to the Accounting Department a daily report of banking transactions, fund disbursements, income, and expenses, supported by original evidentiary and justifying documents to ensure proper accounting registration. * Perform monthly reconciliations against balances reported on bank statements and by the Accounting Department to ensure accuracy in fund recording and support sound decision-making. * Review bank fees charged by various banks and request clarifications as needed. * Regularly maintain electronic banking platforms to remove infrequent supplier accounts. * Handle all matters related to opening bank accounts, assigning tokens, etc. Benefits: * Life insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Work Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: On-site employment Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you hold a degree? * Do you have intermediate Excel skills, including creating pivot tables, logical, mathematical, lookup, and text formulas?
