At Embotelladora AGA del Centro, we are a 100% Mexican company dedicated to the production, distribution, and sale of soft drinks, and committed to satisfying our customers. **Position:** \-Sales Supervisor – San Jose de Gracia (Food and Beverage Industry) **Profile:** \-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Public Accounting or related field \-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (beverage industry experience preferred) \-Experience in retail sales and distribution companies \-Flexible working hours **Technical Competencies:** \-Knowledge of strategies to increase sales volume \-Proven experience in retail sales \-Marketing knowledge \-Mastery of sales techniques \-Market analysis \-Management of pre-sales and delivery personnel \-Billing, credit, and collections management \-Bonus administration \-Cooler management \-Development of performance indicators **Main Responsibilities:** \-Set sales volume targets per route and customer development objectives. \-Monitor daily achievement of sales targets for each route. \-Review sales planning, sales commitments, and performance indicators such as coverage metrics. \-Visit routes to conduct market supervision. \-Supervise pre-sales and delivery personnel serving retailers. \-Supervise, train, and execute sales activities with each customer. \-Prospect and acquire new customers. \-Supervise and monitor promotional campaigns. \-Supervise cooler productivity. \-Ensure up-to-date customer master data. \-Ensure up-to-date inventory records and proper allocation of coolers and display units. \-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Organizational Competencies:** \-Service-oriented attitude \-Customer orientation \-Organization and planning \-Teamwork \-Problem solving \-Decision making \-Initiative \-Persuasion \-Working under pressure Interested candidates should send their updated CV including a recent photograph to the email address indicated in this posting, specifying the vacancy name in the subject line: **SALES SUPERVISOR – SAN JOSE DE GRACIA** Please note that our recruitment and selection processes are free of charge for all candidates.
