CASA LUPITA, a leading company in grocery, wine, and liquor stores, is seeking a Purchasing and Receiving Assistant. Requirements. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (graduated or in the process of graduation). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position. Responsibilities. * Modification of internal codes. * Review of merchandise information entered by branches (reconciliation). * Close communication with management to expand, reduce, and standardize the product catalog. * Invoice verification. * Generate purchase orders when required. * Maintain control and update the product catalog. * Supplier coordination. * Internal staff support (ticket and chat). Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday, with rest on Saturday and Sunday (one week). Schedule: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on-site and 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM remote work the following week. These schedules rotate weekly. Salary: $2,600.00 net of taxes per week. Bonus opportunity of 10% starting from the 3rd month.
