Customer and supplier service Vacancy: Billing, Collections, and Inventory Assistant We seek an Assistant focused on billing, collections, and inventory control — organized, responsible, detail-oriented — who provides administrative support and ensures accurate information handling and customer service. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in billing, collections, and administrative tasks. Experience with Aspel SAE 8 (desirable) **Proficiency in Excel (mandatory)** Strong interpersonal skills with customers and suppliers. Demonstrated job stability in previous positions. Main Responsibilities Electronic invoicing, issuance, review, and control of tax documents. Collections follow-up, payment tracking, balance management, and support in reconciliations. Registration, filing, and control of administrative documentation. Inventory control, including incoming and outgoing goods, and support in physical vs. system reconciliations.
